 Nicholas Thiel-Hudson finished his Honor’s thesis with me on magnetotransport properties in nanocomposite films and graduated from UConn with BS degree majoring in Physics and Music. Congratulations Nick!

Physics undergraduate student (University Scholar) Nicholas Thiel-Hudson, as well as graduate students Jacob Pfund and Zachary Ritchey presented their work at the MRS Fall 2024 meeting in Boston.

Dr. Jain gave an invited keynote talk at the ’21^st US-Japan Dielectric seminar’ in Kofu, Japan (10-13 the November).

Dynacool system from Quantum Design Inc. was installed in the lab.

UConn President Radenka Maric, Provost Anne D’Alleva, and Vice President of Research Dr. Pamir Alpay hosted Rector M. Naci Inci and his extraordinary team from Bogazici University in Istanbul. They visited Science 1, IPB building had Dr. Jain had chance to discuss the research with them.
